This new excellent new variant of the classic game of horseshoes is as fun as it is fresh, in part due to the playful, high-performing design of the stars players toss on every turn. Each lightweight star has 5 rounded edges to grasp and goes airborne like a flying disc, easily covering the 40-foot distance between the ground stakes players target with every toss. There are multiple ways to earn points, the highest-scoring of which is a Spiker, a throw in which the star lands with its center encircling the stake. Other contact-with-the-stake ways to score include throwing Ringers (5 points each), and Leaners (3 points each). However, a player needn't make contact in order to score points, but must simply be closer to the stake than any other player during that round of throws. Whether played one-on-one or in teams, Poof Star Toss makes for exciting fun and games at the beach, the park or in the backyard! Includes 4 Stars (2 red, 2 blue), 2 Ground Stakes and Instructions.
