Shrinky Dinks Mini Racers Activity Set combines several highly enjoyable play activities in one remarkable toy. The fun starts by coloring in the six included precut Shrinky Dinks race car shapes. Each of these six impressively modern race car designs is substantially different from the others and detailed enough to allow for some finely nuanced attention to color. Next comes the baking (parent supervision advised), which is an adventure in and of itself. As the shapes shrink to 1/3 their original size, they spring to life - moving, twisting, curling, then flattening again. When finished baking (a mere 1 to 3 minutes), the colors appear richer, more vivid, and it's time to get ready for action! The included wheel assemblies (8 tires total) take only a minute to attach, allowing any two vehicles at a time to be raced. And kids will race them all, because these little hand-powered race cars can move!
