For sheer exuberant outdoor fun, Eyeballs of Madness can't be beat. Its irresistibly quirky title hints at the cleverly-crafted game play to come in which two teams compete in a carrot-tossing, eyeball-jostling funfest! Like many a great game, there is a delightful dichotomy: the rules are simple enough to be comprehended in a matter of seconds, yet the strategic possibilities are so rich that they can be readily mined to increase the likelihood of your team's victory. The core of the action revolves around tossing a toy carrot, underhand, in an effort to knock the opposing team's eyeballs (which have varying point values, hidden from the thrower) off their stalks. That carrot, by the way, can be squished, stretched or otherwise shaped, pre-toss, to suit the thrower's immediate goals. Regardless of whether one approaches Eyeballs of Madness with laid-back lightheartedness or full-on competitive fervor (usually a bit of both), this highly social game makes for a wondrous way to spend the day with friends and family!
