This delightful musical nursery rhyme book is an enormously fun way for little ones to learn Mandarin Chinese. Youngsters can flip open the sturdy board book to any page and read, listen, and sing along with the nursery rhyme presented there. Each pair of pages covers a different song/nursery rhyme, with the words written out in English and Mandarin Chinese as well as a widely-used phonetic approach to pronunciation known as PinYin. Pressing any of the six play buttons (each of which corresponds visually to a different classic nursery rhyme) on the built-in panel causes that song to be played and sung aloud twice through, an approach that encourages singalong participation and memorization through repetition.
