This highly interactive game for the LeapPad Learning Tablet lets kids accompany twins Aartem and Autumn Aardvark on an adventure-filled quest to find the Monkey King's treasure. Along the way, players navigate a network of mazes and other puzzles. They'll uncover ancient chalk rubbings (each of which reveals a piece of a story), place statues on matching pedestals to help them get across water, outsmart monkey guards, and solve combinations to locked doors in order to move to the next level. There are 40 levels of play and that variety, combined with the exciting adventure story line, keeps kids quite happily engaged. The plentiful activities build fine motor skills, logic, letter recognition, story sequencing and comprehension, as well as other skills.
