It is easy to see why kids find Coconuts to be so wildly entertaining! This fast moving 2-to-4 player family game is wonderfully easy to learn and involves coconut-launching monkeys players use to lob coconuts at an array of yellow and red cups on the table. Each coconut that lands and stays in a cup earns the player that launched it possession of the cup, which they then place on their player mat. A number of nice twists keep competition lively and unpredictable, such as the fact that a cup you earn will be taken from you by any player who later manages to land a coconut in it. Another fine twist is that scoring yourself a red cup (typically a riskier shot due to their positioning) earns you an extra turn. An alternate game play option seriously spices things up by giving each player the ability, once per game, to impose any of several restrictions on an opponent (for that turn only) such as requiring that they target a specific cup, shoot with their eyes closed, and more. The first player to possess 6 cups wins the game. Coconuts includes 4 launchers, 4 player mats, 36 coconuts, 14 cups and game rules!
