Crayola Crayon Carver puts a different sort of crayon magic at kids fingertips by enabling them to carve precise messages and designs along the sides of their crayons. The Crayon Carver is both a children's toy and a feat of engineering. Kids arrange up to 9 tracing tiles containing letters and/or playful icons on a bar along the front of the device. They then trace those letters and symbols with a plastic stylus while a parallel motorized stylus kicks into gear and simultaneously engraves the message into a crayon tucked away inside a chamber. Rotating the crayon allows multiple messages to be engraved on it, if desired. The Crayon Carver is a marvel of efficiency and fun, a self-contained, colorful, playful unit that works like a charm.
