The six pre-cut animal card templates in this kit make embroidery fun and easy. The instructions show how to execute four basic kinds of stitches, and the kit provides 5 different colors of floss with which to implement them. Each illustrated card has the shape and playfully appealing artwork of a particular animal - cat, dog, bunny, bear, chipmunk, penguin - and contains pre-cut holes marked with suggested stitch types and floss colors to use on that particular design. The finished projects make extremely attractive cards, bookmarks, or decorations that can sit upright on a desk or table. There are also 6 pretty envelopes included that seal along the edges using embroidery stitches and make a perfect way to wrap your finished projects when giving them as gifts to friends and family.
