It's amazing that 12 colored cubes connected by an elastic string can be configured in so many different ways. But of course, therein lies the challenge - how to get the little buggers to conform to the shape and color orientation of whichever puzzle you've chosen to tackle. By twisting, turning, inspecting, then twisting and turning some more, you can make the cubes do almost anything you want. But not by brute force. Your brain will be your hands' best friend when molding the cubes into the 80 different 3-dimensional puzzles shown in the Challenge Book. There are 4 levels of difficulty. Unlike some brainteasers, in which even the beginner level seems to require genius, Flexi Puzzle's 20 Beginner challenges are gratifying and doable. And even these starter puzzles are so fun and absorbing you won't want to stop until you've proven yourself at the Advanced, Expert, and Master levels.
