Part of what makes Full Circle so much fun and exciting is that not only does each player achieve points based on the length of the word they form (1 point per letter), they can seriously erode an opponent's score in the process! Players take turns forming words from a pool of letter tiles, placing each word along the edge of the disc-shaped board. After the initial turn, each word placed must start with one or more of the last letters of the previous player's word. The more letters you use, the higher your score. The more of your opponent's letters you use, the greater the number of points they lose. This ability to advance your position while knocking back your opponent's makes the outcome of any given game uncertain until the very end. Underdogs shoot suddenly forward from behind, while smack-talking favorites frequently find themselves humbled, a satisfying dynamic that helps make Full Circle one of the best word games we have seen in ages!
