Ice Cool is no ordinary board game. It's action-filled fun in which penguins known as Runners zip around the board catching fish hanging from doorways! Meanwhile, a penguin/player known as the Catcher is out to get the runners before they load up on fish and points! Ice Cool's wildly distinctive board is a playful masterpiece: an icy blue school for penguins made up of adjoining rooms whose doorways actually have colorful fish hanging from them! Players take turns sending their penguin pieces (whose weighted design and ball-like bottoms give them special properties) skittering around the board with a flick of the finger. With practice, a controlled flick will send a penguin sailing smoothly along a straight line or flying around a corner on a curved trajectory. They can even be made to jump over walls! Ricochets, lucky shots, intentional collisions - all is fair in love and Ice Cool!
