This puzzle and game is very cleverly designed, and promotes spatial awareness and problem solving skills in all ages. The instructions booklets, after a brief introduction, consist of 303 distinct game setups for players to solve, ranging in difficulty from easy to very advanced. The progressive difficulty of the problems allows for an apt starting place for every level of skill. The 2-dimensional problems involve first filling in areas of a grid in an exact imitation of the problem set-up shown in the booklet, then filling the remaining empty areas of the rectangle with the balance of the multi-colored, multi-shaped game pieces. The 3-dimensional pyramid problems are very challenging, and thankfully, the instructions make clear exactly what level of 2-D problem solving experience a player should have before attempting them.
