Each box contains six different puzzles, a wooden figure, and six stand-alone pieces (each of which shares background color and motif with one of the puzzles). The puzzles hold together well, are easily maneuverable on table or floor, and, along with the wooden figure and stand-alone pieces, inspire imaginative storytelling. Assembling the puzzles builds fine motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and close observation skills, while matching the stand-alone pieces to their like-themed puzzle promotes cognitive associative development. There are three styles available - Farm, Animals, and Construction - each of which contains all of the components described above.
