MY FIRST BUILDING is unlike any building toy we have ever encountered. With this set, kids experience what it's like to engage in real-life-like construction endeavors in which they lay miniature bricks made from the same type of clay as real bricks and that thus have an utterly authentic look and texture. Youngsters can either choose to build the model houses shown in the included instruction manual or follow their creative impulses and author their own 3-dimensional miniature homes. The set comes with natural edible starch to mix with water and use as cement with which to bond the bricks together and create solidly-connected, semi-permanent structures. The 210-piece set comes with an abundance of bricks in varying shapes and angles. However, when budding architects find themselves running low on bricks due to previous builds, all they need do is soak an existing house in water for 2 hours to melt the starch and free those bricks up for future use.
