Relationships, shapes, logic, and spatial awareness are an integral part of the action in the 48 exciting puzzle challenges of Penguins Parade. This compact, self-contained set makes for highly absorbing fun anytime, anywhere. The premise is wonderfully simple and devilishly clever. There are six magnetic puzzle pieces of varying shapes and sizes, four of which display a penguin, and a 7 X 6 grid on which to place them. Each challenge setup shows the two penguin-less pieces already on the board. The player's task is to place the remaining pieces so that the four penguins appear in a direct horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line, with no empty spaces between them. There is only one solution to every challenge (shown in the back of the booklet attached to the playing board). Kids eagerly progress through four different levels of play, gaining new skills and understanding at every step - a great way to kick young brains into high gear.
