RINGSTIX is an active, fun outdoor game in which players, each holding a pair of specially designed curved sticks, launch a brightly colored plastic ring back and forth. Launching always involves using both sticks, and is an important part of where their curvature comes in. Just place both sticks through the ring, curving outward, and pull them quickly apart. The ring sails forward into the air where it's caught by the other player, with one or both sticks. RINGSTIX takes just a few minutes to learn (the brief how-to video on the RINGSTIX website is particularly clear and helpful). After that, the sky's the limit. With a little practice, players can become surprisingly adept, increasing speed, accuracy, and cultivating some awesome tricks along the way. RINGSTIX works well even when windy and floats, turning pool and beach play into especially lively fun. One of the included rings glows in the dark, enabling dusk and night-time play. Builds hand-eye coordination, athleticism, and an all-around sense of enjoyment.
