Snapo Snap & Play Blocks are geared towards a slightly older audience than the Dream & Play blocks (see review above). The various-colored blocks in the Snap & Play set are smaller, more plentiful (over 275 pieces), and include pieces with specific functions such as a human figure, small and large wheels, a propeller, and a variety of special blocks suited to creating and connecting vehicles. The Snap & Play blocks use the same patented Snapo design as the Dream & Play. They snap firmly together and can be taken apart in the blink of an eye, with the cylinder shape atop each block allowing them to be stacked, rotated, and interconnected every which way. This ease of use and interconnectivity is highly valuable, enabling kids to explore creative play and build spatial and fine motor skills without the impediments found in less versatile building blocks. That freedom will inspire kids to invent things never before conceived as well as to replicate things they already know - buildings, towers, trucks, spiders, dinosaurs, race cars, helicopters, jet planes - the sky's the limit.
