This fantastic 2 to 5 player board game helps players quickly develop and expand their geographical knowledge while keeping everyone merrily entertained from start to finish! At the outset, every player receives two state sheets, each of which displays 5 of the states shown on the game board. Players then race to acquire cards that match all of the states on either one of their sheets. The player whose turn it is can choose to compete based on one of the 4 state facts displayed on their card, but will likely only do so if they believe its numeric value is higher than those held by opponents. If all the facts on that player's card have low values, they may instead roll the challenge die and attempt to answer the challenge rolled (Capital city, Flag, Location, Postal code, Nickname or Region) for the state currently held by the player to their left. The 50 States Game plays exceptionally well across a broad range of ages, moves at a crisp pace and retains its high entertainment value even after being played many times, making this an excellent choice for parties, family gatherings, or one on one fun!
