The way the Selfie Game merges tabletop play with current technology and social trends makes it instantly attractive to teens and young adults. What makes it an outstanding party game is the way it gets a room full of people roaring with laughter. Each player, in turn, chooses a Caption Card and makes a facial expression that represents the caption on the card while snapping a selfie. For example, the card might say ' You've been bitten by a zombie and are turning into one,' or 'A stranger coughed in your face.' There are 360 of these cards, and a huge part of the game's hilarity stems from just how effective they are at eliciting uninhibited silliness from players. Once the selfie's been taken (if no devices are handy, the player just poses within the game's Selfie Frame), the other players choose a caption card from their own hand that best describes that expression. These are read aloud, and the favorite, chosen by that rounds' selfie-taker, earns a point. Fast-moving, outrageous, highly social fun for 4 or more players.
