In addition to being a place to sit, draw, create, and learn, there's an almost magical functionality that springs to life when you bring out the Voice Pen (sold separately) and touch it to images on the tabletops. It names the animals and makes their sounds, plays the keyboard-like midsection of a caterpillar one note at a time, identifies colors, numbers, and letters. It even provides fun facts and little lessons, recites poems, performs songs. Four highly interactive educational games in which the Voice Pen poses questions that the child answers by pointing to the items on the tabletops are particularly fun and exciting.
