Thumbs Up! is rapid-fire fun in which players race to stack colored rings on their thumb in the order indicated on a challenge card. A card is flipped, players spring into action, and the first one finished wins the round. Sound easy? Guess again. Each player has 8 rings in 4 different colors, not all of which may be called for in a given round. Adding to the challenge is the fact that the numbers signifying ring order are embedded in quite different images from card to card - colored fish, flowers, balloons, paint splotches - and jumbled at odd angles to one another. While a keen eye and quick reflexes come in handy, so too does the ability to absorb and make sense of this information. An agile mind is at least as important as nimble fingers. The first to win 5 challenges wins the game, and several game play variations in the instructions make Thumbs Up! endlessly entertaining fun for any party or social gathering. For 2-6 players.
