Tubby Table brings new ways to play to the land of fun-in-the-tub. This sturdy, portable, brightly-colored table stands on a pedestal that adheres to the bottom of the tub via a large suction cup, providing stability while helping to ensure the fun and water stay in the tub. Water passes easily through the perforated tabletop, and its rounded edges are designed with child safety in mind. Five openings in the tabletop house five cups of different shapes and colors, which, when face down, sit flush with the surface like pegs in holes, each displaying a number. Face up, they rest only a sixteenth of an inch or so into those same openings, like cups in a cup-holder. That peg-in-hole design, as well as the cups' stack-ability and use in transferring water from one place to another builds fine motor skills. Cognitive and developmental skills such as counting, sorting, and color differentiation are built and reinforced by the types of play naturally encouraged by the cups' unique, carefully thought-out design.
