Zoo Jamz Stompin' Fun Drums is a fantastic way for little ones to develop motor skills, coordination, rhythm and creativity. Colorfully and playfully designed, the set's layout is much like that of a real drum kit, enabling kids to gain valuable musical experience. There is an elephant-face bass drum and pedal, light-up pads that function as toms, snare and cymbals, and a stool (known in drum parlance as the 'throne') on which the youngster sits while knocking out a variety of rhythms with the set's plastic drumsticks. There are four distinct settings for interactive fun: Counting, in which the little drummer plays along in time to a melody until a pre-stated number is reached, Catch the Lights, in which the child strikes drums in quick succession as soon as they light up, and Follow the Leader, in which kids replicate increasingly complex patterns. And finally, there is Free Style mode, an improvisatory fun-fest of melodies and percussion.
